Refund Policy

PPT Design Squad reserves the right to deny refunds based on its own self discretion and without notice or liability to Client. Refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis. Should Client request a refund during the first month of use, all materials produced by PPT Design Squad are ownership of the company and are prohibited from being used by the Client in any way.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to PPT Design Squad, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

 

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without prior written permission.
  • Use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without written authorization.
  • Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables provided under the specific terms outlined in your agreement with us. We reserve the right to retain copies of deliverables for portfolio and internal purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
