How do I share my files?

After subscribing to a plan, we’ll send you a personal, secure Google Drive link via email. You can use this link to upload your files and project details, as well as track the progress of your presentations.

What industries do you design presentations for?

We create presentations for a wide variety of industries, including business, education, healthcare, technology, startups and more.

How long does it take to complete a presentation?

The timeline depends on the complexity of your project. Once you upload your files, we’ll review them (one at a time*) and provide you with an estimated completion time.

Do you only specialize in PowerPoint presentations?

While we are experts in PowerPoint formatting, design, and template creation, we can also enhance the design and formatting of other Microsoft Office tools, such as Word and Excel.

What if I’m not satisfied with my presentation?

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Before moving to your next project, we’ll notify you once your presentation is ready for review.

What if I need support for more than one (standard) or two (pro) projects at a time?

Payment

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and are due upon order placement unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

 

Refund Policy

PPT Design Squad reserves the right to deny refunds based on its own self discretion and without notice or liability to Client. Refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis. Should Client request a refund during the first month of use, all materials produced by PPT Design Squad are ownership of the company and are prohibited from being used by the Client in any way.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to PPT Design Squad, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

 

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without prior written permission.
  • Use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without written authorization.
  • Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables provided under the specific terms outlined in your agreement with us. We reserve the right to retain copies of deliverables for portfolio and internal purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
